Toward Personal and Community Transformation

Hi! I'm Amal, your pal, and Embodiment Guide.

I help people connect with their body and their values.

Here you can book 1:1 Embodiment Sessions, access my video library, and inquire about trainings and group facilitation.

Wishing you well <3

Embodiment Sessions

One-on-one support to explore how you live in your body and the world.

These sessions offer space to notice how personal, social, and historical forces shape your embodiment—and to practice new ways of being aligned with your values. Through conversation, movement, and somatic practice, we work toward greater presence, choice, and connection.

Personal transformation is part of collective change. This is a place to practice both.

Embodied Learning for Lasting Change

Ready to begin your journey?

This library offers embodied practices to help you connect with your body and connect with the present. Focused on awareness rather than perfection, these practices invite reflection and growth. Through gentle and playful movement, you’ll cultivate presence, make mindful choices, and increase your capacity to contribute to a more compassionate, just world. Movement is a pathway to wisdom.

Mission

Earnest engagement with holistic practices of care and inquiry can move us toward a better world. Kaafi Wellness provides one on one coaching, an embodied learning video library, facilitation, and training. We provide compassionate care to those in helping professions, activists, organizers, parents, and artists. Through our services, we offer a soft place to land and the resources needed to gain strength and to learn skills towards personal and community transformation.

Vision

To encourage people toward greater connection with themselves, others, and the world.

Values

At Kaafi Wellness we believe that healing happens through relationships. To grow toward a society that is better for all of us we must cultivate skills of awareness and skills of loving. We must re-member our relationship to our bodies, to each other’s bodies, and to the land.
We practice a politicized approach to wellness in which we recognize the historical, social, and inter-personal forces that shape our reality. As practitioners and administrators, we assess our own experiences and positions and we consistently reflect on our actions and adjust our path to stay aligned with our values.
We believe quality care should be accessible and we create structures, like sliding scale fees, affinity practice groups, and movement modifications, to ensure it is so.

Amal Rogers
