Radical Embodiment

You are more than your thoughts, your productivity, or the roles you carry.

Stress, responsibility, relationships, loss, joy, and change all shape the ways we move through the world. We can lose touch with ourselves, get caught in familiar patterns, or feel unsure of how to move forward.

Radical Embodiment Sessions offer a supportive space to slow down and listen, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we explore what your lived experience is asking of you and develop greater trust in your own capacity to respond.

Rather than offering strategies to fix yourself, this work helps you notice patterns, expand your choices, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself—so you can move through life with greater clarity, agency, and connection.

These sessions offer personalized support for navigating change, deepening self-trust, and living more fully in alignment with your values.

These sessions may support you if you are:

• feeling disconnected from yourself or your body
• navigating change, uncertainty, or a new chapter of life
• carrying stress, responsibility, or emotional weight
• seeking a deeper understanding of your patterns, responses, and relationships
• longing for more creativity, presence, and possibility
• wanting to cultivate a more trusting relationship with yourself

Radical Embodiment is not about becoming someone new.

It is about returning to the intelligence, agency, and aliveness that are already part of you.

Embodied Learning
for Lasting Change

Moving Toward Knowing: A Video Library for Embodied Learning

Your body is a source of knowledge.

Moving Toward Knowing is a growing collection of embodied practices designed to support you in reconnecting with your body, cultivating presence, and exploring new ways of sensing, moving, and being.

Through somatic movement, dance improvisation, mindfulness, and embodied inquiry, these practices invite you to slow down, listen deeply, and develop a more trusting relationship with your own experience.

Whether you have a few minutes or an hour, you can return to these practices whenever you need to pause, reconnect, and move toward knowing.

Inside the library, you’ll find:

• guided somatic movement practices
• explorations focused on different parts of the body
• practices for grounding, awareness, creativity, and connection
• recorded workshops exploring embodiment and relationship with the body

This work is not about performing movement correctly or changing your body. It is an invitation to listen, explore, and discover the wisdom already present within you.
